Ask Anything

God BLOWS me away!!!

Do you ever have moments of absolute Awe? Intense Joy that something has happened to just rock you to the core? That has been my week.

Prayer after prayer answered . . .

Small, large, a continuous deluge of opportunity both to pray for strength, healing, deliverance, peace and to PRAISE Him for delivering. I Love our God!

I have to consider, “Where am I holding back?” Are there places in my life where I don’t trust John 14:14 to be true? John 14:14 shares “You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it.”

And with prayerful consideration, of course, we must also remember I John 5:14-15 “This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him.”

Over 30,000 promises in the Bible and we only have to ask…claim the promises we have been given. WOW, soak in that for a moment!

Yes, there are times when I lift up a prayer and I have to wait patiently for an answer. Even times when the answer is not what I wanted to hear. But this just proves the Grace of our Great God. He always knows what is best for His Children. So, I trust in His Providence. He is forever faithful.

Oh and the best of all? His Love is big enough and far enough to answer our prayers individually and corporately. Yes, where once I thought I had to be “conservative” with my requests to the Lord so as not to take up too much of His time, I recognize now that He desires to walk with us, talk with us, listen to our concerns and share in our joy. Any time, night or day. Omnipresence at it’s finest.

Try it, reach up to The Most High God, thank Him for The Beautiful Morning and share with Him your dreams and your desires. Give Him your worry and your fear. He is waiting . . .

Father, You are a Loving and Giving God. We are so grateful for Your Providence. We are thankful that we can share our greatest confidences with the One who knew us before we were born. We thank You for hearing and answering our prayers.

Your Loving Daughter
